Business Development Executive / Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect clients using online portals and cold calling
  • Generating new clients through cold calling / email marketing / online portals.
  • Interact with clients for their technical requirements.
  • Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills.
  • Writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for prospects and clients & close deals.
  • Prior IT industry or educational background would be helpful, but not required.
  • Manage & coordinate with client from project estimation to delivery.
  • Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
  • Should have good written and oral communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities for the service offerings.
  • Build referral and lead generation in assigned territory/account and developing new business opportunities.
  • Developing new accounts, and maintaining a strong relationship with clients and cooperation partners.
  • Independent and drive to be successful.
  • Reporting significant market developments to management to enable reliable forecasting.
  • Javascript, HTML/CSS/PHP/MYSQL

Positions: Multiple positions| Experience: 0 to 5+ years (US Shift and UK Shift )

Technical Skills:

  • Experienced WordPress/PHP Developer.
  • Proficient in coding PHP, HTML, jQuery, CSS.
  • Experience with JavaScript and PHP.
  • Experience building and extending large-scale custom WordPress websites.
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting/problem-solving abilities.
  • Any design experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc a plus.
  • Experience in API Integration with third-party services.
  • HTML/CSS CODING

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to lead the team and handle pressure and demands.
  • Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
  • Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and inter personal skills.
  • An effective team player with good leading capabilities.
